Flat Rate Design Projects

(Design Only - Does not include printing and mailing costs)  Wording/Verbiage supplied by Client. 

Newsletter Design Only

$55 per issue, $5 per additional page

*$40 First Time Set-up Fee

  • up 10 pages (5 pages front & back)
Custom Postcard Design Standard (5.5" x 4.25") $30 each*

Hourly Fees

  • Fees are charged in exact minute increments (“Time on Task” only).

  • Standard Rate is $40 per hour. 

  • Some projects may be charged at a flat rate.

  • Some services may require a one time set up fee.

  • No monthly minimum.

  • First time clients will not be charged for orientation time up to 1˝  hours.  

Monthly Retainer Packages

  • Retainer Packages are available from 5 - 20 hours per month.  Retainers allow you to receive services at a 10% – 20% savings.

  • Retainers must be purchased in advance. Hours must be used within the month they are purchased; hours cannot carried over to the next month. Additional hours will be billed at the reduced rate.

Terms

  • Clients must sign and return a Work Agreement before work begins.

  • New Clients (non-retainer) will be required to submit a 30% deposit based on project estimate before work will begin.  

  • Estimates will be based on client’s representations, but they are only approximate figures.  Clients will be responsible for payment of actual time spent on project.  

  • Hourly rate does not include project expenses (i.e. postage supplies, materials, purchase paid for on your behalf, etc.) These additional expenses will be invoiced at cost. 

  • Time will be billed at 1 minute increments.

  • Invoicing will be completed on a weekly basis and payment is due upon receipt of invoice, unless other arrangements are specified in the agreement.

  • Invoices will be sent via Email, unless other arrangements are agreed on.  Past due accounts are subject to late fees and work stoppage. 

  • Payments will be made by Check, Money Order, or Credit Cards. Credit Card payments will be processed through PayPal.   There is a $40 returned check fee.
